Purchases before 10am are shipped the same day, or the next working day. If payment is being made by bank transfer, the order will be shipped as soon as the payment arrives in our bank account. When paying by bank transfer, please send your payment confirmation to info@jamonplus.com.

We are always working to increase the number of countries to which we can deliver our products. However, due to legal restrictions, we may not export meat to certain countries.

Returns

What must I do to return a product?

Use the original packaging and enclose a copy of the invoice.
Contact us by email to info@jamonplus.com (Spanish, Dutch, English) including your order number.
As soon as we receive the product we will thoroughly investigate the fault and subsequently refund the purchase amount to the card or bank account of purchase. For reasons of fraud prevention, we can not refund the amount to any other card or account.
